Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou nákladní dopravy, a to primárně v rámci Evropské unie. Rozebírá komplexně jednotlivé mezinárodní organizace v silniční nákladní dopravě a zájmová sdružení dopravců v ČR. The aim of this thesis deals with the legal regulation of freight transport, primarily within the European Union. It analyses in a com-prehensive way the individual international organisations in road freight transport and the interest associations of do-racers in the Czech Republic.
