Formation of the Finnish Constitution
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the Finnish Constitution, which is in force nowadays (Constitution 2000), but it also deals with old Finnish Constitution (Constitution 1919). In the thesis are pointed out differences between these two Acts. Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá fínskou ústavou, ktorá je v platnosti (Ústava 2000), ale aj starou fínskou ústavou (Ústava 1919). V práci je poukázané na rozdiely medzi spomenutými dvoma ústavami. Prvá časť práce je venovaná fínskej histórii do prijatia Ústavy 1919 a zákonom, ktoré ovplyvnili fínsky ústavný vývoj. Druhá časť práce sa venuje Ústavam, ich charaketristikám a vzájomným rozdielom.
