Diplomová práce nazvaná "Analýza a hodnocení souboru znaleckých posudků" provádí analýzu znaleckých posudků v oblasti oceňování podniku. Je rozdělená do dvou částí. První část definuje kritéria a oblasti pozorování v analyzovaných znaleckých posudcích. Druhá část je praktická, která navazuje na první část. Thi aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of expert opinions in area of business valuation. It consists from two parts. First part specifies the evaluation criteria of expert opinions. Second part is about application these criteria to practice and analysis and follows in the part one. Totally is monitored ten expert opinions from 2008 and ten experts opinions from 2013.
