Diplomová práce se věnuje změnám, které nastaly po účinnosti nového občanského zákoníku, který ve velkém množství obsahuje procesní ustanovení. The thesis is devoted to changes that occurred after effective date of the new Civil Code, which in large quantities contains procedural provisions. These changes didn't remain only as substantive, but substantially exceeded in the civil process.
