Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma forenzní metody vyšetřování se zaměřuje na seznámení a popis nejvýznamnějších forenzních metod, kde se snažím nastínit k jakému účelu daný forenzní obor slouží a co lze pomocí jeho metod zajistit. Ukážeme si zde především postupy, které vedou k získávání stop a k definici pachatele nebo oběti. Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit na jakém principu fungují forenzní metody vyšetřování, definovat je a na jejich základě posoudit, jak se po dobu let vyvinuly.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the topic of forencis methods focuses on the introduction and description of the most important forensic methods in which I am trying to outline what purpose the forensic field server and what can be ensured by using its methods. The procedures that lead to obtain clues and a definition of a perpetrator or a victim will mainly be present. The aim of this thesis is to clarify the principles of forensic methods, to define them and assess how the methods have evolved during the yers.
