Food intolerance

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je literární rešerší na téma potravinové intolerance. Pojednává o potravinových intolerancích obecně, o jejich mechanismech, projevech, diagnostice a rozdílu mezi potravinovou intolerancí a alergií. Dále se věnuje jednotlivým intolerancím, konkrétně intoleranci laktózy, neceliakální glutenové senzitivitě a některým méně běžným intolerancím, jako jsou intolerance histaminu, salicylátů, kofeinu, glutamátů, FODMAP a fenylketonurie. Vždy je zmíněno také dietní řešení každé intolerance.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is a literary research on the topic of food intolerance. It deals with food intolerances in general, their mechanisms, manifestations, diagnosis, and the difference between food intolerance and allergies. It also addresses individual intolerances, namely lactose intolerance, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and some less common intolerances such as intolerance of histamine, salicylates, caffeine, glutamate, FODMAP and phenylketonuria. The dietary solution of each intolerance is always mentioned.
