Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku viru HIV a onemocnění AIDS. V práci je blíže popsána stavba, reprodukční cyklus a přenos viru, příznaky onemocnění a terapie. V experimentální části bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány dotazníky týkající se informovanosti studentů střední školy a zaměstnanců KHS o problematice HIV/AIDS. Výsledky výzkumu jsou srovnané s výzkumem Státního zdravotního ústavu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on HIV, the causative agent of AIDS. In the thesis the structure, reproductive cycle and transmission of the virus is closely described as well as symptoms and treatment of HIV infection.
