Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit spotřebu statinů (léků na snižování hladiny cholesterolu) v daném období 2007 -- 2012. Tento trend posoudit z hlediska doporučení odborných společností, českých i evropských, a rozebrat vývoj na našem trhu, z hlediska zastoupení jednotlivých skupin statinů, i z hlediska zastoupení výrobců. Abstract:
Thesis evaluate consuption of statins in Czech Republic in the period 2007 - 2012. This trend review with recommendations of professional societies (czech and european) and separate the market of single kind of statin and separate by the producers. Finally thesis evaluate the benefits of medications by statins to lowering of atherosclerosis disease and myocardial infarction.
