In my bachelor thesis, I have focused on knowledge sharing barriers in virtual teams. The main goal of the thesis was to identify which barriers are present in knowledge sharing in virtual teams of a specific company and provide suggestions on how to remove those barriers. V bakalárskej práci som sa zameral na bariéry v zdieľaní znalostí vo virtuálnych tímoch. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť, aké bariéry v zdieľaní znalostí sa nachádzajú vo virtuálnych tímoch podniku a navrhnúť spôsoby, akými tieto bariéry odstrániť.
