Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro založení nové firmy American Dream s.r.o. zabývající se importem veteránů automobilů z USA do ČR a jejich následným prodejem; zhodnotit podnikatelský záměr z hlediska ziskovosti a doby návratnosti investice. Podnikatelský plán má dosáhnout toho, že bude sloužit jako základ pro získání investorů, kteří nově vznikající firmu podpoří. Kvůli velmi úzkému poli potenciálních zákazníků nebude proveden sběr dat pomocí dotazníku. Jako zdroj dat budou využity reálné prodeje již zmíněných veteránů, dovezených autorem z USA do ČR, zrealizovány od roku 2016 do současnosti a na jejich základě bude provedena předpověď na nadcházející roky. Firma by měla být stabilně výnosná a dlouhodobě udržitelná. K dosažení cíle práce, tedy sestavení podnikatelského plánu a jeho zhodnocení, budou využity následující metody: PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, metoda Marketingového mixu 4P, časová osa, ukazatelé výkazu cashflow, výkaz zisků a ztrát, počáteční rozvaha, ukazatel rentability, ukazatel návratnosti a ukazatel bodu zvratu. Dále pak identifikace rizik, kvantifikace rizik, plánování krizových scénářů a kontrola. Výsledkem práce bude podnikatelský plán pro novou firmu American Dream s.r.o., která bude reálně založena, přínosem tedy bude soukromý zisk autora a daně odvedené státu. Dále na základě tvrzení, že dobrovolná mezilidská směna zvyšuje ex ante očekávaný užitek pro všechny zúčastněné strany lze předpokládat, že užitek bude vznikat i pro zákazníky firmy.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a new company American Dream s.r.o. dealing with the import of classic cars from the USA to the Czech Republic and their subsequent sale; to evaluate the business plan in terms of profitability and payback period. The business plan is to serve as a foundation to attract investors who will support the start-up. Due to the very narrow field of potential customers, data collection will not be performed using a questionnaire. As a source of data, the real sales of the already mentioned classic cars, imported by the author from the USA to the Czech Republic, realized from 2016 to the present and on that basis a forecast for the upcoming years will be made. The company should be stably profitable and sustainable in the long run. To achieve the goal of the thesis, i.e. the compilation of a business plan and its evaluation, the following methods will be used: PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, 4P Marketing mix method, timeline, cash flow statement indicators, profit and loss statement, opening balance sheet, profitability indicator, return indicator and turning point indicator. Furthermore, risk identification, risk quantification, crisis scenarios planning and control. The outcome of the thesis will be a business plan for the new company American Dream s.r.o., which will be really established, so the benefit will be the profit of the author and taxes paid to the state. Furthermore, based on the claim that voluntary interpersonal exchange increases the ex ante expected benefit for all involved parties, it can be expected to benefit the company's customers.
