Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Odměňování závislé práce“ se zabývá prameny právní úpravy, souhrnným výkladem principů a funkcí odměňování, kterými jsou princip ochrany mzdy a způsoby odměňování, funkce motivační, regulační, způsob sjednání mzdy či platu, právní úprava odměňování zaměstnanců veřejné správy a samosprávy v ČR. Dále je zde věnována pozornost současnému systému odměňování příslušníků bezpečnostního sboru Policie České republiky, kde jsou v teoretické části popsány právní úpravy a systémy odměňování. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování vybraného místního oddělení Policie České republiky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic "Remuneration of dependent work" deals with sources of legislation, a comprehensive interpretation of the principles and functions of remuneration, which are the principle of wage protection and methods of remuneration, motivational, regulatory functions, wage or salary, legal regulation of remuneration of public administration and self-government employees in Czech republic. Furthermore, attention is paid to the current system of remuneration of members of the security forces of the Police of the Czech Republic, where the theoretical part describes the legislation and remuneration systems. The practical part deals with the analysis of the remuneration system of a selected local department of the Police of the Czech Republic.
