V záverečnej bakalárskej práci som sa snažil porozumieť a podrobnejšie vysvetliť hlavne metódy oceňovanie pozemkov s dôrazom na metódu porovnávaciu.V prvej časti som sa zameral všeobecne na situáciu na trhu s nehnuteľnosťami s obdobia pred krízou a po kríze a taktiež históriu legislatívy, ktorá súvisí s oceňovaním v časoch spoločného štátu s Českou republikou a po osamostatnení.
