The Development of the Autonomy in the Village Kukleny between 1850 - 1918

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem místní správy v obci Kukleny v letech 1848 – 1918. Popisuje průběh obecních voleb a jejich výsledky. Zabývá se vznikem obecní samosprávy v Kuklenách, dále pak strukturou a obsazením funkcí obecního zastupitelstva a představenstva. Věnuje se i činnosti obecní samosprávy, zejména hospodaření obce a působnosti v oblasti školství, zdravotnictví, trestní, živnostenské a zemědělské a komunikaci s Okresním úřadem v Hradci Králové. Okrajově je popsáno i geografické, územněsprávní, statistické, historické a místopisné zařazení obce. Součástí práce je i přehled významných kuklenských osobností a obrazová příloha s podobou obce na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Práce čerpá především z archivních pramenů. Obec Kukleny byla dne 11. prosince 1930 povýšena na město a od roku 1942 je součástí města Hradec Králové.

Abstract:

This work describes the development of local government in the village Kukleny in 1848 – 1918th Describes the process of municipal elections and their results. It deals with the municipal authority in Kukleny, then the structure and features a cast of the municipal council and board of directors. It describes also the municipal government activities, especially farming communities and competence in the field of education, health, criminal, business and agriculture and communicating with the district office in Hradec Kralove. Marginally describes the geographical, territorial, statistical, historical and geographical classification of municipality. The work also includes an overview of important personalities who were born or lived in Kukleny and illustrated annex of the village in the late 19th and 20 century. Work draw especially from archival sources. The village Kukleny became a town on the 11th of December 1930 and from the year 1942 as part of the town of Hradec Kralove.
