Abstract:
The main purpose of the thesis is to define what is behavioral economics and then to examine the most common behavioral biases and their impact on human behavior. Practical part of the Diploma thesis includes questionnaire regarding the impact of COVID-19 on human decisions in the beauty services consumption. The diploma thesis consist mainly of qualitative methodology and survey methodology.
