Koučování s asistencí koní jako nástroj rozvoje vůdcovských dovedností
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá koučingem s využitím koní (zarámovaného modelem EAGALA) jako nástrojem pro rozvoj vůdčích kompetencí. Za použití tematické analýzy byla vyhodnocena data o autentických zkušenostech účastníků koučingu s koňmi s akcentem na to, v jaké oblasti je z jejich pohledu ovlivnil. This Master's thesis provides insight into utilization of equine-assisted coaching (EAGALA model) as a leadership development tool.
