Cílem diplomové práce „Daňové aspekty osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezeným“ je na základě analýzy a srovnání právních forem OSVČ a s.r.o. zhodnotit celkovou daňovou zátěž z pohledu podnikatele jakožto fyzické osoby a stanovit, za jakých podmínek je výhodnější zvolit jednu z uvedených forem podnikání. The aim of the diploma thesis “Tax Aspects of a Self-Employed Person and a Limited Liability Company” is to evaluate the overall tax burden of the legal forms of self-employed and limited liability company and to determine under what conditions it is more advantageous to choose one of the mentioned forms of business.
