Analysis and comparison of market prices of wooden buildings in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním tržních cen roubených staveb v České republice. Data typových domů získaných od jednotlivých dodavatelů staveb jsou rozdělena do jednotlivých kategorií. Z těchto dat je dále zpracováno a vytvořeno grafické znázornění pro lepší přehlednost výsledků. Výsledky jsou vzájemně porovnávány mezi sebou a s JKSO pro rok 2024. Ceny jsou děleny na ceny hrubé stavby a ceny stavby na klíč. Ceny jsou uváděny za jednotku zastavěné, obytné, užitné neboli podlahové plochy a obestavěného prostoru.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of market prices of wooden buildings in the Czech Republic. The data of typical houses obtained from individual building contractors are divided into individual categories. This data is further processed and a graphical representation is created for a better clarity of the results. The results are compared with each other and with JKSO for the year 2024. The prices are divided into gross construction prices and turnkey construction prices. Prices are given per unit of built-up, residential, usable or floor area and built-up space.
