Secondary shools of Hospitality and labour market in the selected region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na profesi učitele středních hotelových škol v Libereckém kraji. Cílem práce je posoudit personální zabezpečení výuky odborných předmětů na odborných školách se zaměřením na gastronomii a cestovní ruch v Libereckém kraji a stav i zájem těchto učitelů o jejich další vzdělávání jako nezbytnou podmínkou udržení kvality a rozvoje uvedených oborů. V teoretické části je podrobně popsán historický vývoj učitelské profese, vývoj školství v meziválečném období a vývoj školství v poválečném Československu až do současnosti. Dále je popsána odbornost a pedagogické dovednosti učitelů, zmíněny jsou i současné formy dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků středních škol. V závěru teoretické části je představen Liberecký kraj. V analytické části jsou porovnávány střední hotelové školy z pohledu učitelů pracujících na těchto školách.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the teaching profession of secondary schools of hospitality in the region of Liberec. The aim of this thesis is to assess the staffing of teaching vocational subjects in vocational schools focused on gastronomy and tourism in the region of Liberec and the state and the interest of the teachers for their education as a necessary condition to maintain the quality and development of these fields. The theoretical part is described in detail the historical development of the teaching profession, the development of education in the interwar period and the development of education in post-war Czechoslovakia until now. It also describes the expertise and pedagogical skills of teachers, there are discussed contemporary forms of further education of teachers of secondary schools. At the end of the theoretical part is introduced region of Liberec. The secondary schools of hospitality are compared in the analytical part from the view of teachers working in these schools.
