Physiotherapy after operations of flexors of the hand

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se týká problematiky fyzioterapie po poranění flexorů ruky. V obecné části představuji informace, které je nezbytné znát pro realizaci fyzioterapie u těchto poranění. Ve speciální části jsou vybrány konkrétní fyzioterapeutické postupy a procedury fyzikální terapie, kterých je možno využít, potýkáme- li se v praxi s touto problematikou a přiblížen význam ergoterapie. Spolupráci s klientkou J.K. popisuji v kapitole "Metodika". Klientka utrpěla úraz flexorových šlach ruky spojený s poraněním cév a nervů, který nebyl primárně řešen tak, jak by mohl být řešen na specializovaném pracovišti. Funkce ruky nebyla dostatečná, proto byla sjednána a provedena revize ve specializovaném ústavu. Cílem fyzioterapie po revizi bylo znovunabytí co nejlepší funkce ruky. Již nyní lze říci, že stav je skutečně lepší a pravděpodobně je možné čekat další zlepšování. Pro práci s klientkou jsem využila znalostí nabytých při tvorbě teoretické části této práce.

Abstract:

This batchelor´s thesis is related to physiotherapy after operations of flexors of the hand. In a generel part are represented informations that´s dispensable to know for performing physiotherapy by flexor injuries. In a special part are chosen concrete advances of physiotherapy and procedures of physical therapy that can be used and also there´s given an idea of occupational therapy. The cooperation with my client is described in Methodology chapter. My client suffered a flexor tendons injury coined with an injury of vessels and nerves too, that wasn´t solved as well as it cold be on some specialized institute. Function of the hand was unsatisfactory. A revision in specialized institute was arranged and performed.The goal of physiotherapy after the revision was to restore the function of the hand the most. Now we can say that the function is batter than before the revision and next improvement can be expect.I used informations from the general part to cooperate with my client.
