Práce se zabývá teoreticky i prakticky vnitřními organizačními normami. V teoretické části je předmět práce zkoumán v řetěze: celek – část. Vnitřní organizační normy jsou pokládány za část organizování a organizování je pokládáno za součást managementu. The thesis deals with internal organizing regulations both theoretically and practically. The matter is study in its theoretical section in the chain : whole - part. Internal organizing regulations are regarded as a part of organizing and the organizing as a part of management.
