Tato práce se věnuje historickému vývoji autorského práva ve fotografii do roku 1948 a jejím cílem je hledání konkrétních souvislostí mezi vývojem autorského práva a fotografie jak ve světě, tak i na našem území. This work is concerned with the historical development of copyright issues in the field of photography since 1948. Its goal is to search for concrete connections in the development of photographic copyrights worldwide, and in the local Czech context.
