Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro objekt Bytového domu s prostory pro volný čas dle vyhlášky č.63/2013 Sb. Cílem práce byl návrh dispozičního a konstrukčního řešení. Dále tepelné posouzení konstrukce, statické výpočty, návrh kanalizace a požárně bezpečnostní řešení.
