Abstract:

Táto práca sa zaoberá „lullyovskou“ smykovou technikou v Taliansku pred Muffatom. Problémom, ktorý rieši je zaužívané tvrdenie medzi huslistami a osobnosťami starej hudby, že Francúzi mali prepracovaný systém smykových pravidiel, ktorý striktne dodržiavali a Taliani mali k smykovým pravidlám neortodoxný prístup, respektíve smykovali „sem a tam“. Podrobným štúdiom talianskych prameňov zo 17. storočia zaoberajúcich sa smykovaním, sme sa dopracovali k záveru, že „lullyovská“ technika smykovania vznikla v Taliansku a do Francúzska prišla ako prakticky používaná talianskymi huslistami dávno pred jej zaznamenaním Muffatom. Pojednania analyzované v tejto práci a zaoberajúce sa smykovou technikou pre husle sú tri (Selva de varii passaggi - Rognoni 1620, Il Scolaro - Zannetti 1645, Regole per accordare - Bismantova 1677). K dôkazom slúžia použité príklady z uvedených pojednaní. Výsledkom práce je potvrdenie tézy, že v Taliansku mali smykové pravidlá už pred rokom 1695, teda pred prvým dielom Muffatovho Florilegia.

Abstract:

The title of this work is: Compendio musicale by Bartolomeo Bismantova, „Lully's“ slurring technique in Italy before Muffat. It deals with the bow technique in Italy in the 17th. Century. Its task is to uproot the traditional claim about the origin of the stroke rules. Till nowadays, the French are appreciated for the creation of the technique of the strike rules. In the work I introduce 3 treatises which are the evidence that stroke rules existed long before they were recorded by Muffat in France (Florilegium I, II). The first treatise dates from 1620 by R. Rognoni. The next ones are 1645 – Zanetti, 1677 – Bismantova. The initial part contains the chapters with the general knowledge about the rules of bowing. It deals with the history, the development of the stroke rules, technical matters of holding the bow, stroke articulation and the “Rule of Down – Bow”. The second part describes 3 treatises about the bow technique in Italy. Detailed exploration of the Italian treatises from 17th century revealed that Italians knew and the most likely used “Lully’s” slurring technique before it was written down by Muffat. Therfore the premise about creation of the strike rules by the French or Lully (without loss on his magnitude) was falsified.
