Condition of the credit market and company investment decisions.

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Stav úvěrového trhu a investiční rozhodování podniku" je nalezení vhodného postupu a následné vyhodnocení konkrétního investičního záměru v rámci malé průmyslové firmy v českém prostředí. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav úvěrového trhu a specifikovat vlivy tohoto faktoru na investiční rozhodování podniku. Dalším cílem práce je pomoci podniku, v rámci něhož byla prováděna praktická část práce, učinit správné rozhodnutí o přijetí konkrétního investičního projektu. První část práce zdůrazňuje význam podnikového investování, ukazuje metody hodnocení a oceňování investic, přičemž shrnuje možnosti jejich financování. Druhá část práce spočívá v analýze současného stavu úvěrového trhu jakožto podkladu pro praktickou část práce. Ve třetí, praktické části práce, je uskutečněn investiční rozhodovací proces v rámci reálného českého bižuterního podniku. Závěry této práce budou sloužit jako výchozí podklad pro nastávající rozhodování managementu dané společnosti o projektu.

Abstract:

The matter of the thesis: "Condition Of Credit Market and Company Investment Decisions" is to find an appropriate procedure and a subsequent evaluation of the specific investment project in the context of one smaller industrial firm in the Czech environment. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current condition of the credit market and to specify the influence of this factor on the investment decisions of the enterprise. Another aim of the thesis is to help the company, under which was the practical part carried out, to make the right decision on the acceptance of a specific investment project. The first part emphasizes the importance of corporate investment, shows the evaluation methods and valuation of investments, and summarizes their funding. The second part consists in analysis of the current condition of the credit market, which is the basis for practical part. In the third, practical part of the work, the investment decision-making process within the real Czech jewelery company is carried out. The conclusions of this work will serve as a background for the upcoming management decisions of the company on the project.
