Revenue and expenditure of the municipal budget

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the characteristics of budget system as a basic tool of public finances . The work refers to public budget, which includes the state budget and local budget . The first chapter is devoted to the state budget, public administration, public revenue and expenditure, program budgeting and to budgetary principles . The second chapter describes local government and municipalities, the municipal budget output, municipal authorities and activities of the inspector of the village . The third chapter, the practical part of the thesis, focuses on the specific analysis of the income and expenditure of the municipal budget of Kajal. In this paper the author analyzes the budget for years 2009 - 2013.

Abstract:

V diplomovej práci je rozpracovaná charakteristika rozpočtovej sústavy ako základného nástroja verejných financií. Práca poukazuje na verejné rozpočty, ku ktorým patrí štátny rozpočet, miestne rozpočty. Prvá kapitola je venovaná štátnemu rozpočtu, verejnej správe, verejným príjmom a výdavkom, programovému rozpočtovaniu a zásadám rozpočtovníctva. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá charakteristikou územnej samosprávy a obce, ďalej tvorbou rozpočtu obce, orgánmi obce a činnosťou hlavného kontrolóra obce. Tretia kapitola, ako praktická časť práce, sa zameriava na konkrétnu analýzu príjmov a výdavkov rozpočtu obce Kajal. V tejto časti práce autorka analyzuje rozpočtové roky 2009 – 2013.
