Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením stávající skladby střešní konstrukce objektu prodejny se skladem v Pelhřimově. Při použití dostupných dat a zjištění nových informací je cílem této práce navrhnout stavební úpravy, případně celou rekonstrukci střešního pláště objektu skladu. První teoreticko-metodologická část uvádí základní přehled nejčastějších poruch plochých střech a jejich oprav. Dále popisuje ekonomické vyhodnocení nákladů na opravy a rekonstrukce střešního pláště a uvádí základní informace o problému, který je řešen v aplikační části. Ve druhé aplikační části jsou navrženy čtyři varianty opravy střešního pláště objektu skladu prodejny v Pelhřimově. Druhá část navrhuje nejoptimálnější variantu opravy střešní konstrukce skladu. V závěru bakalářské práce autor sděluje, zda oprava střešní konstrukce je pro objekt skladu dostačující z hlediska energetické náročnosti budovy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the assessment of the current structure of the roof structure of the store building with the stock in Pelhřimov. Using the available data and finding new information, the aim of this work is to propose structural modifications or eventually the whole reconstruction of the roofing of the stock building. The first theoretical-methodological part introduces a basic overview of the most common failures of flat roofs and their repairs. Furthermore it describes economic evaluation ot the cost of repairs and reconstruction of roofing and it provides basic information about the problem which is solved in the application part. In the second application part there are four variants of the repair of the roofing of the stock building in Pelhřimov are proposed. The second part proposes the most optimal variant of repair of the roof structure of the stock. In conclusion, the thesis author tells whether the repair of the roof structure is sufficient for the stock building when assessing of requirements of the energy performance of the building.
