Analysis of Public Transport in Selected Region

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Analýza dopravní obslužnosti zvoleného regionu. Zvoleným územím je okres Plzeň-sever. V práci jsou dvě hlavní části – teoreticko-metodologická část a část aplikační. V první části bude vysvětlena historie a základní pojmy týkající se dopravy. Dále pak rozdělení dopravy a popis jednotlivých dopravních oborů. Bude vysvětlen pojem integrovaný dopravní systém a jeho předpoklady. Následující úsek teoretické části bude vysvětlovat dopravu městskou a příměstskou. Také budeme seznámeni s dopravní obslužností a s výpočtem kvocientu dopravní obslužnosti. V aplikační části se autor zaměří na charakteristiku a základní údaje o okresu Plzeň-sever. Na tomto území vybere několik obcí a měst. Bude posuzovat jejich dopravní obslužnost a srovnání časové, vzdálenostní a cenové dostupnosti.

Abstract:

Topic of this bachelor thesis is Analysis of transport services in picked region. I’ve chosen region Pilsen-north. In this thesis you will find two main parts - theoretic - methodic part and application part. In the first part there will be introduced history and basic concept in terms of transportation. Then I will divide transportation and description of each transport fields. There will be explained concept of Integrated transport system and its assuptions. It’s followed by theoretical part where I will explain city transport and inner city transport. We will also be familiarised with transport services and with enumeration of quotient of transport services. In the application part is author focused on characteristic and basic data about Pilsen-north region. In this ares he will choose couple villages and cities. The author will be viewing their transport services and comprising their time, distance and price availability.
