Kritéria hodnocení reputace chemických průmyslových podniků v očích zákazníků

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je orientována na problematiku měření a hodnocení firemní reputace. V teoretické části práce je nejprve definována firemní reputace a nastíněn její význam pro podnik. V další části práce jsou vymezeny literaturou doporučované metodiky měření a hodnocení firemní reputace, je popsáno měření reputace pomocí prvků ochrany dobrého jména podniku a je specifikována identita podniku jako nástroj pro hodnocení firemní reputace. Na základě literární rešerše jsou navržena kritéria pro posuzování firemní reputace zákazníky na průmyslovém trhu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na zjištění důležitosti navržených kritérií hodnocení firemní reputace z pohledu manažerů chemických podniků. Výzkum umožnil navržený seznam kritérií hodnocení reputace očistit od nedůležitých kritérií z pohledu dotazovaných a přiřadit každému navrhovanému kritériu váhu jeho relativní významnosti. Je uvedena též analýza rozdílného pohledu na důležitost zkoumaných kritérií dle různých charakteristik respondentů.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on measurement and evaluation of corporate reputation. The first, the corporate reputation and its importance for the company are defined in the theoretical part. The next part is devoted to measurement and evaluation of company reputation, where different measurement methods are described, further is defined measurement of reputation with the elements of protection of good name and corporate identity as a tool for evaluation of the corporate reputation. Based on literary research, criteria are proposed for assessing customer reputation in the industrial market. In the practical part, the results of quantitative research focusing on the importance of the proposed criteria for the evaluation of the corporate reputation are designed from the perspective of chemical businnes managers. The research enabled to clear the proposed list of reputation assessment criteria from the unimportant according to interviewees and assign the weight of its relative significance for each proposed criterion. There is also an analysis of the different view on the importance of the criteria which are examined according to different characteristics of the respondents.
