Hiking in a selected region from the perspective of tourist signs

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem a cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza podmínek pro rozvoj turistiky na Chebsku z hlediska doprovodné infrastruktury a značených tras a na základě zjištěných dat navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části je uveden přehled formou literární rešerše k dané problematice. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou nabídky cestovního ruchu v regionu, kde je nejvíce zaměření na doprovodnou infrastrukturu. Poslední část jsou samotné návrhy na zlepšení a doporučení. Cestovní ruch je jedním z předních a vysoce ziskových oblastí, rozvíjí a stimuluje dalších odvětví, jejichž funkce jsou zaměřené také na uspokojení poptávky po různých typech rekreace a zábavy, umění, sportu a kultury. A jednou z možností, jak se na tento rozvoj dívat, je z pohledu pěší turistiky. S tím souvisí výzkumná otázka: Jaký je stav doprovodné infrastruktury a turistického značení regionu? Na základě zjištěných poznatků se dá říci, že turistická infrastruktura regionu je v dobrém stavu, ale je potřeba ji neustále udržovat, modernizovat a vylepšovat. Konkrétně se to může projevit v rozšíření turistických ukazatelů o informace, které pomohou pěším turistům se lépe orientovat. Těmi jsou rozšíření ukazatelů o zdroje pitné vody, možnosti přespání v improvizovaných přístřešcích jako jsou boudy, rozšíření ukazatelů o možnost či zákaz vyhazování odpadků a zakládání ohně na vybraných místech. S tím je spojeno i označování takových míst na internetových stránkách zabývajících se touto problematikou.

Abstract:

The main theme and aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the conditions for the development of tourism in Cheb region in terms of accompanying infrastructure and marked routes and, based on the data found, design proofed for improvement. This work is divided into three parts. The first part gives an overview in the form of a literary research on given issues. The second part deals with the analysis of tourism supply in the regions where it is most focused on the accompanying infrastructure. The last part is the improvement proposals and recommendations themselves. Tourism is one of the leading and highly profitable areas, it develops and stimulates other industries, whose functions are also aimed at meeting the demand for various types of recreation and entertainment, arts, sports and culture. And one of the ways to look at this development is from the point of view of hiking. Related to this is the research question: What is the state of the accompanying infrastructure and tourist signage of the region? According to the data, we can say that the tourist infrastructure of the region is in good condition, but it needs to be constantly maintained, modernized and improved. In particular, this can be reflected in the expansion of tourist indicators with information that will help hikers to better navigate on the spot. These include expanding the indicators of drinking water sources, the possibility of sleeping in improvised shelters such as sheds, expanding the indicators to include the possibility or prohibition of throwing out garbage and starting fires in selected places. This is also connected with the marking of such places on the websites dealing with this issue.
