Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Ubytování na biofarmách jako součást agroturismu. Cílem této práce je zjištění intencí návštěvníků biofarem nabízejících ubytování s následným vytvořením typologie návštěvníků. Pro naplnění cíle práce je zvolena výzkumná otázka: „Jaká je typologie návštěvníků biofarem?“. A hypotéza: „Existuje závislost mezi upřednostňovaným typem ubytování na biofarmě a pohlavím.“ Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí - teoreticko-metodologické, analytické a návrhové. V teoreticko-metodologické části se nacházejí základní definice a charakteristiky, které souvisí s danou problematikou a jsou získány z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Analytická část je tvořena výzkumem, který vedl k dosažení cíle práce a byl proveden pomocí on-line dotazníkového šetření. Dotazovaní odpovídali na dva typy otázek. První typ se týkal obecných otázek k tématu biofarmy a druhý typ otázek byl určen pro identifikaci dotazovaných. Získané odpovědi byly následně vyhodnoceny a graficky zpracovány. Pro vyhodnocení je použita univariační analýza, bivariační analýza a statistické šetření. Návrhová část shrnuje a navrhuje řešení výsledků získaných v analytické části. Výzkumná otázka byla zodpovídána v celé analytické části. Hypotéza byla testem chí-kvadrát při hladině významnosti 5 % potvrzena.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Accommodation on organic farms as part of agritourism. The aim of this work is to determine the intentions of visitors to organic farms offering accommodation with the subsequent creation of a typology of visitors. To fulfill the goal of the thesis, a research question is chosen: "What is the typology of visitors to organic farms?". And the hypothesis: "There is a dependence between the preferred type of accommodation on the organic farm and gender." The work is divided into three main parts - theoretical-methodological, analytical and design. In the theoretical and methodological part, there are basic definitions and characteristics that are related to the issue and are obtained from the literature and Internet resources. The analytical part consists of research that led to the achievement of the work and was conducted using an online questionnaire survey. Respondents answered two types of questions. The first type concerned general questions on the topic of organic farming and the second type of questions was intended to identify the respondents. The obtained answers were subsequently evaluated and graphically processed. Univariate statistics, bivariate statistics and statistical surveys are used for evaluation. The design part summarizes and proposes solutions to the results obtained in the analytical part. The research question was answered throughout the analytical part. The hypothesis was confirmed by the chi-square test at a significance level of 5%.
