Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice daně dědické a daně darovací. Vlastní text je rozdělen do čtyř kapitol, přičemž první z nich je zaměřena především na historické pojetí, zbylé tři se pak věnují tématu ze současného pohledu se zaměřením na různá hlediska.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of inheritance tax and gift tax. The text itself is divided into four chapters, the first of which focuses on the historical concept and the remaining three are devoted to the topic from the current perspective, focusing on different aspects.
