Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Kinezioterapie v geriatrii byla napsána tak, aby shrnula obecnou teoretickou část, speciálně terapeutickou část a klinickou praxi s geriat-rickým pacientem. Uvedené bibliografické zdroje byly citovány především z MAYO-CLINIC, Pub-Med, Světové zdravotnické organizace a dalších souvisejících webových stránek. Obecná teoretická část popisuje geriatrii, gerontologii, stárnutí u starších dospělých a nejčastější onemocnění ve vyšším věku. Speciální část vymezuje možnos-ti rehabilitace u geriatrických pacientů. Klinická část obsahuje kazuistiku geriat-rického pacienta včetně kineziologického vyšetření, krátkodobého rehabilitačního plánu s popisem individuálního cvičení a návrhem následné péče o geriatrického pa-cienta.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the theme of Kinesiotherapy in geriatrics was written to sum-marize the general theoretical part, special therapy part, and clinical practice with a geriatric patient. The listed bibliographic sources have been cited mainly from MAYOCLINIC, PubMed, World health organisation and other related websites. The general theoretical part describes geriatrics, gerontology, ageing in older adults, and the most common diseases in older age. The special part defines the possibilities for rehabilitation for geriatric patients. The clinical part contains the case report of the geriatrics, including the physical and kinesiological examination, short-term plan and individual exercises, and aftercare for the geriatric patient.
