Diplomová práce se zabývá sankcemi v právu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývá právní normou, jako základním elementem právního systému, kdy pojednává o vlastnostech a strukturních částech právní normy. The thesis focuses on the penalties in the law. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deal with rule of law as body of legal system, which deals with features and structure of legal rule.
