Effect of microclimate o the stand and soil on the development of rape pathogens

Abstract:

Patogeni řepky olejné dnes čím dál více ohrožují porosty a snižují jejich výnos, proto toto téma je nýní velmi aktuální a do výzkumu a šlechtění v oblasti odrůd a rezistence řepky olejné se vynakládají dosti značné prostředky. Pro dizertační práci jsem si vybrala toto téma, protože v sobě sdružuje mnoho vazeb, které je potřeba si uvědomit. Vliv mikroklimatu daného porostu s danou odrůdou a danou lokalitou je velmi přesný a nelze jej přesně definovat předem proto je každý ročník jiný s jiným výskytem patogenů. V dnešní době si můžeme při monitoringu také pomoci digitálními čidly, které nám mohou s přesností zaznamenávat teploty, vlhkosti půdy i vzduchu a my jej poté můžeme vyhodnocovat. Tomuto vyhodnocení jsem věnovala svou dizertační práci.

Abstract:

Pathogens of rapeseed rape today are increasingly threatening the crops and reducing their yield, therefore this theme is very recent, and research and breeding in the field of varieties and resistance of oilseed rape are quite significant. For the dissertation I chose this topic because it brings together many links that need to be realized.The influence of the microclimate of the given crop with the given variety and locality is very precise and can not be precisely defined beforehand because each year is different with another pathogen occurrence. Nowadays, we can also help with monitoring with digital sensors that can accurately record the temperatures, humidity of both soil and air, and we can then evaluate it. I have done this assessment in my dissertation work.
