Abstract:
Použití zbraně a donucovacích prostředků podle zákona o Policii České Republiky Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit stručnou a přehlednou formu, která vychází z právních předpisů a odborných výkladů a která v souvislostech vyloží jednotlivé aspekty problematiky používání zbraně a donucovacích prostředků policisty.
Abstract:
Using of weapon and compulsory measures according to Law of Police of the Czech Republic The aim of this paper was to make a brief and clear review of particular aspects of using weapon and corective means by policemen based on the knowledge of law and its interpretations.
