Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Exkurze jako motivace k výběru povolání“ má zmapovat možnosti uplatnění absolventů oboru obráběč kovů na pracovním trhu ve vybraném regionu. Zjistit motivaci dětí k výběru povolání. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První teoretická část informuje o pojmech exkurze a motivace v kontextu s odbornou literaturou. The Bachelor thesis entitled „Excursion as motivation for career choice“ examines opportunities for graduate machinists in the labour market in the chosen region.
