Injuries to amateur tennis tournament players in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zjistit jaké typy zranění se vyskytují u hráčů amatérských tenisových turnajů v České Republice. Pro získání dat byl použit standardizovaný dotazník. (Illinois Wesleyan university sports medicine departement, 2020), který byl dán hráčům amatérského tenisu v Moravskoslezské, Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji. Dotázáno bylo celkem 80 hráčů a taký stejná počet byl odevzdán. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejčastější zranění, v případě tvrdých částí se jednalo o koleno, loket a zápěstí, v případě měkkých částí se jednalo o rameno, záda, stehenní sval

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to find out what types of injuries occur in players of amateur tennis tournaments in the Czech Republic. Aa A standardized questionnaire was used to obtain data. (Illinois Wesleyan university sports medicine department, 2020), which was given to amateur tennis players in the Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc and Zlín regions. A total of 80 players were interviewed and the same number was handed in. The results show that the most common injuries, in the case of hard parts it was the knee, elbow and wrist, in the case of soft parts it was the shoulder, back, thigh muscle.
