Tato bakalářská práce se pokouší zkoumat a analyzovat postavu Johna Singera v knize Srdce je osamělý lovec od Carson McCullers. Cílem je analyzovat postavu Johna Singera jako literární vyobrazení Krista a ukázat, jak tato postava byla ovlivněna ideologií postmodernismu. This bachelor's thesis attempts to examine and analyze the character of John Singer from the novel The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers. This thesis aims to analyze John Singer as a literary Christ figure and then showcase how the character of Christ is influenced by postmodern ideology.
