Abstract:
Práce je věnována rozboru právní úpravy utajovaných informací v ČR. Nedílnou její součástí je nástin historických souvislosti, jakož i komparace s právním stavem ve Spojených státech amerických, vč. doporučení de lege ferenda. Hlavním zjištěním této práce je, že i přes některé rozdíly se ochrana utajovaných informací v USA zásadně neliší od zprávy v ČR.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of classified information in the Czech Republic. An integral part of it is an outline of historical context, as well as a comparison with the legal situation in the United States of America, incl. recommendation de lege ferenda.
