Mineral forms of soil nitrogen in traditional forest management on the training area of Hradisko (Training forest enterprise Masaryk forest Křtiny).

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o minerálních formách dusíku na tradičním lesním managementu. Tento výzkum byl založen v roce 2017. Tradičním managementem se myslí hrabání steliva, lesní pastva a pařezina. Každý z těchto managementů ovlivňuje veškeré vlastnosti půdy, a to jak kladně, tak záporně. Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybral minerální formy dusíku. Tento dusík se dělí na amoniakální a dusičnanový. Výzkum je prováděn na školním lesním podniku Masarykův les Křtiny, konkrétně na lokalitě Hradisko. Cílem práce je pomocí laboratorních a poté statistických analýz zjistit, která tradiční metoda nejvíce ovlivňuje amoniakální a dusičnanový dusík v půdě. Pastva a hrabání nejvíce ovlivnily hodnoty amoniakálního dusíku. Hodnoty dusičnanového dusíku ovlivnily všechny tři činnosti. Nejvyšší průměrné hodnoty vyšly pro rok 2018. V roce 2018 byly průměrné hodnoty koncentrace amoniakálního dusíku 17,86 μg N-NH4 +.g -1 suš. . V tomto roku jsme také naměřili nejvyšší průměrné hodnoty dusičnanového dusíku a to 2,16 μg N-NO3-.g-1 suš..

Abstract:

The present bachelor thesis deals with mineral forms of nitrogen in traditional forest management. The research was started in 2017. Traditional management means raking of bedding, forest pasture and tree stumps growth. Each type of management affects all the characteristics of soil in both positive and negative ways. For this bachelor thesis I chose mineral forms of nitrogen. This nitrogen can be divided into ammoniacal nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. The research was conducted on the training area of Hradisko in the training forest enterprise Masarykův les Křtiny. The aim of the thesis was to find out which traditional method has the greatest effect on ammoniacal nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in soil. Various laboratory and statistical analyses were used in the study. Grazing and raking had the greatest effect on the values of ammoniacal nitrogen. Nitrate nitrogen was affected by all three activities. The highest average values were measured in 2018. In 2018 the average values of ammoniacal nitrogen concentrations were 17.86 μg N-NH4 +.g -1 suš. . In this year there were also the highest average values of nitrate nitrogen, namely 2.16 μg N-NO3-.g-1 suš..
