Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje procesu adaptace sociálních pracovníků po nástupu do zaměstnání. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a popsat, jak probíhá proces adaptace nových pracovníků v sociální práci. Práce je složená ze dvou částí: teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část se věnuje adaptaci, sociální práci a sociálnímu pracovníkovi a na závěr adaptaci v oblasti sociální práce. Výzkumná část je tvořena kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií, v níž byla zvolena metoda případové studie. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci interpretují adaptační proces po nástupu do zaměstnání. Data jsou získána pomocí technik analýzy dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the adaptation process experienced by social workers after entering their job positions. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out and describe the adaptation process of new workers in social work. The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and practical part with research. The theoretical part focuses on adaptation, social work and social worker, and the adaptation in the field of social work. The research part consists of a qualitative research strategy for which a case study method was chosen. The aim of the research part is to find out how social workers interpret the adaptation process after entering their job positions. Data for the research part are obtained by using techniques of document analysis and semi-structured interviews.
