Other Important Personal Obstacles at Work

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat a objasnit právní úpravu institutu jiných důležitých osobních překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance v českém právu a zhodnotit aplikační praxi tohoto právního institutu. První část práce je věnována seznámení s hlavním cílem práce a výzkumným metodám. Ve druhé části jsou blíže popsány překážky v práci jako institut českého pracovního práva. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní vymezení jiných důležitých osobních překážek v práci, dále je zde objasněno, co překážky v práci představují, a jakým způsobem se dělí. Zmíněn je i historický vývoj tohoto institutu. Ve čtvrté části je představeno využití institutu jiných důležitých osobních překážek v praxi s uvedením konkrétních příkladů, které výklad problematiky doplňují. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení analyzované právní úpravy jiných důležitých osobních překážek v práci a významu existence tohoto institutu pro praxi.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis aims to describe and explain the legislation adaptation of the Institute of other important personal obstacles at work on the staff site in the Czech law and evaluate the application of the institute in practice. The first part is devoted to familiarization with the main aim of the thesis and research methods. In the second part there are described barriers at work as an institute of the Czech labour law. The third part focuses on the specific definition of other important personal obstacles at work , there is also clarified what the barriers at work mean, and how they are divided. There is also mentioned the historical development of the institute. In the fourth section the author presents the application of other important personal obstacles in practice with the specific examples which complement the problems. The conclusion analyses and evaluates the legislation adaptaion of other important personal barriers at work and the importance of the existence of this institute for practice.
