Analysis of the development of construction land
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza vývoje cen stavebních pozemků ve městě Tišnov, městysi Drásov a obci Železné. Teoretická část je vymezena na základní pojmy k problematice oceňování stavebních pozemků a popisuje metody oceňování pozemků. V praktické části bude analyzován vývoj cen kupních a cen zjištěných znaleckým posudkem ve sledovaných lokalitách v letech 2009 – 2013.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of construction land prices in the town Tišnov, in the market town Drásov and in the Železné municipality.The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the basic terms to the issue of valuating the construction land and it also describes the methods of valuating the construction lands.
