This bachelor thesis deals with a teambuilding program for participants of the Elevate leisure club in Varnsdorf. Terie contains basic definitions of teambuilding, adolescence and leisure time. The work continues to be described by the Elevate leisure club. The practical part deals with the teambuilding program itself, its implementation and evaluation.
