Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku krádeží virtuálního majetku v online hrách. Definuje pojmy nehmotného majetku v právní rovině a přenáší je do praktického pojetí v kyberprostoru. The bachelor thesis focuses on the problematics of the theft of virtual property in online games. It defines the concepts of intangible property in legal terms and transfers them to cyberspace.
