Výnosové metódy ohodnocovania majetku podniku a ich aplikácia v praxi

Abstract:
BSc thesis subject to income property valuation method and the undertaking of their application in practice is to provide a comprehensive overview of the yield method and its use in the valuation of the business. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of this method and the practical part we used the method in the yield of specific examples.
Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce Výnosové metódy ohodnocovania majetku podniku a ich aplikácia v praxi je poskytnúť ucelený prehľad o výnosovej metóde a jej použití pri ohodnocovaní podniku. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá rozborom výhod a nevýhod tejto metódy a v praktickej časti sme použili výnosovú metódu v konkrétnych príkladoch.
