Tato práce pojednává o odpovědnosti statutárních orgánu v obchodních společnostech. Autorka se nejdříve zabývá vymezením základních pojmů. Dále vysvětluje hlavní pojmy k pochopení kapitálových společností. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit změnu odpovědnosti statutárních orgánů práva po rekodifikace soukromého i obchodního práva po 1.1.2014. This work deals with the responsibility of statutory bodies in companies. The author first deals with the definition of basic terms. It also explains the main concepts to understand capital companies. The aim of this work is to evaluate the change of responsibility of statutory bodies of law after recodification of private and commercial law after 1.1.2014.
