Health and Social Worker in a Multidisciplinary Team in the Treatment Program Implementation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována odborné činnosti zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu v realizaci programu zacházení s odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Pozornost je věnovaná specifikům významu a smysluplnosti jeho činnosti ve věznicích v České republice. Cílem práce je představit důležitou roli zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, jako člena multidisciplinárního týmu, v poskytování penitenciární péče odsouzeným ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody se zřetelem na obsah odborné činnosti poskytované sociální práce a principy dodržování etických hodnot. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy spojené s řešenou problematikou poskytované činnosti zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Práce se věnuje i přípravě klienta na reintegraci do majoritní společnosti. Výzkumná část práce představuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, s využitím techniky dotazníku, zacílené na subjektivní vnímání poskytované penitenciární péče u odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the professional activities of a health and social worker in a multidisciplinary team in the treatment program implementation for the treatment of convicts serving a prison sentence. Attention is paid to the specifics of the importance and meaningfulness of its activities in prisons in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to present the important role of a health and social worker, as a member of a multidisciplinary team, in providing penitentiary care to convicts serving a prison sentence with regard to the content of professional social work and the principles of ethical values. The theoretical part of the work defines the concepts associated with the issues of the provided activities of a health and social worker. The work also deals with the client's preparation for reintegration into the majority company. The research part of the work presents the results of quantitative research, using the technique of a questionnaire, focused on the subjective perception of the provided penitentiary care for convicts serving a prison sentence.
