Composition proposal of agglomerated wood-based mate-rial utilizing reinforcement elements

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o návrhu několika typů dřevotřískových desek s výztužným prvkem, konkrétně v podobě čedičové mřížky a následné zkoušení fyzikálních, ale především mechanických vlastností daných typů desek. Práce je zaměřena na výrobu těchto dřevotřískových desek za pomoci lepení močovino-formaldehydovým lepidlem a experimentální měření vzorků vyrobených z těchto typů dřevotřískových desek. Následuje grafické a statistické vyhodnocení vlivu mřížky a polohy mřížky na tyto vlastnosti a porovnání vzorků z jednotlivých typů desek mezi sebou. Z fyzikálních vlastností jde především o stanovení vlhkosti a bobtnání a stanovení hustotního profilu, z mechanických vlastností se jedná především o tříbodový ohyb, vnitřní soudržnost materiálu a odpor proti vytažení vrutu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of several types of particleboard with reinforcing element, namely in the form of basalt scrim and subsequent testing of physical, but above all mechanical properties of given types of boards. The thesis is focused on the production of these particleboards using urea-formaldehyde adhesive and experimental measurement of samples made from these types of particleboards. The following is a graphical and statistical evaluation of the influence of the basalt scrim and the position of the basalt scrim on these properties and a comparison of samples from individual particleboard types with each other. From the physical properties it is mainly the determination of moisture and thickness swelling and determination of the density profile, from the mechanical properties it is mainly the three-point bending, the internal bonding of the material and the screw withdrawal resistance.
