The International Trade with the Goods and Technology of the dual Use
Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá jednou z metod regulace vývozu, a to regulace obchodu se zbožím a technologiemi dvojího užití. Práce je rozdělena do tří tématických oblastí, a to oblasti politicko historické, oblasti legistalivního vývoje a oblastí platné hmotně-právní a procesně-právní upravy.
Abstract:
The presented work deals with one of the export control methods,namely dual-use items and technologies trade control.The work is divided into three tematic fields:the one of political history,the second one of legislative development and the third one of the operative substantive law and procedual law regulations.
